This download provides one single-part 1:87 (HO) master STL of a contemporary high school marching-band tenor drummer sculpted and optimized to read at small scales while remaining robust for HO printing and handling. Pose and silhouette: The figure is posed mid-step with a forward lean; both arms are raised in mallet-ready positions. The defining silhouette feature is the front-mounted tenor drum bank modeled as an integrated unit attached to a simplified harness fused into the torso to reduce fragile joins at HO scale. Drum and accessory detail: Drum shells have low-relief rims and simplified lug impressions sized to read at HO distances. Malleable mallet heads are modeled short and rounded to avoid thin, breakable shafts. The harness straps are stylized and blended into the jacket to prioritize durability. What you receive: One connected 1:87 (HO) master STL file sized and detailed for HO layouts. Separate mallets, multipart variants, or alternate poses are not included. Scale and conversion: Miniature Reality ships exactly one 1:87 (HO) master STL. To print at another scale, rescale this STL in your slicer (example: to 1:72 scale, scale by 87/72 ~1.208). After rescaling, verify final dimensions and inspect thin areas that may become fragile. Print and finishing: Resin printing at fine layers yields the best detail. FDM printing is possible with a small nozzle and careful cleanup. Prime, block in main uniform colors, and pick out drum rims and lug impressions with metallics to increase legibility. The single-part, fused-harness design simplifies basing and handling, making this figure ideal for parade batteries, HO displays, and diorama ensembles. License and delivery: One digital STL file.
