A grim dungeon wall anchor built into a block of rough stonework, with a heavy iron shackle ring hanging from a riveted mounting bracket. A carved skull glares out from the masonry above the ring, cracked stone and rusted rivets adding to the menacing detail.

The ring is thick enough to chain a prisoner, and the whole plate is shaped to fix flat against a wall or set into a base. Weathered iron banding and broken blockwork give it a bleak, torture-chamber character.
