This compact mid‑century modern mixed‑use building is modeled and prepared for HO (1:87) dioramas and model railroad streetscapes. The narrow three‑story silhouette reads as an urban storefront: a pronounced ground‑floor retail band with wide recessed glazing bays separated by vertical pilaster strips, and two upper floors dominated by continuous horizontal ribbon windows with shallow reveals. The flat roof with a low parapet and simplified paneling keeps facade detail readable at HO and makes the model robust for printing. You will receive one single-file watertight master STL scaled to HO (1:87). We supply a single HO master only; rescale the provided STL in your slicer for other scales (example conversion: to N 1:160 multiply by ~0.55; to O 1:48 multiply by ~1.81). Window openings are modeled as recessed voids sized to accept acetate or paint treatment, and the roof slab is suited to be removed for interior access or lighting. Recommended uses include HO layouts, modular street blocks, diorama vignettes, and display models.
