A dug-in infantry fighting position built up from stacked sandbags with a timber and log framework supporting a heavy overhead cover roof. Sandbags are piled deep around the firing embrasure, with rough-cut logs and planks bracing the front and camouflage material draped over the top.

The reinforced bunker makes a strong terrain piece for a defensive line, forward outpost, or perimeter scene. It fits a diorama of a field emplacement, a wargaming objective marker, or a fortified position on a modern battlefield table.
