The block is modeled as a contiguous street-facing element composed of several attached bays: long rectilinear facades broken into individual bays, shallow window and transom relief rather than deep voids, modest recessed doorways, and a simplified flat roof with a low parapet. Exterior signage has been removed so facade panels are paintable and decal-ready. You receive one HO / 1:87 master STL file. Resin printing is recommended to capture the shallow facade relief; use fine layer heights (0.05–0.12 mm) and careful supports at recessed entries. FDM printers produce excellent, paintable results but may soften the finest mullion detail—tune nozzle size and layer height accordingly. The model is supplied as a single contiguous mesh and is not pre-split into storefront modules. Split the mesh in a 3D editor if separate bays are required. The simplified roofline makes it easy to add aftermarket rooftop detail or to glue the block directly to a measured roadbed or base.
