Distinctive features include flat roofs with low parapets, continuous ground-floor glazing bands (modeled as recessed zones for clean printing and lighting), recessed entry alcoves spaced across the run, shallow awning/sign bands for decals or paint, and plain upper-window fields for veneer or paint. The STL is a cleaned single-shell mesh with a planar rear face and integrated access gaps for thin diffusers or lighting strips. Miniature Reality provides one master STL at 1:87 (HO); to print at other scales, scale the model in your slicer by the appropriate ratio (87 / target denominator). Recommended layer height 0.12–0.20 mm; use light supports under awnings and inside deep recesses. This asset originates from a legacy MeshRef project and is flagged for manual review to confirm screenshots and ensure no autorender artifacts remain.
