HO (1:87) Modern American Storefront Row — ideal for model-railroad street modules, small urban dioramas, and photographic backdrops. This download includes one HO-scale (1:87) master STL: a compact contiguous retail block with a continuous curb/base, alternating single- and two-storey bays, large recessed plate-glass display windows with intentionally thickened mullions, shallow recessed entries, and blank sign panels above each storefront for your decals or hand-painted signage. Rear and rooftop detail are simplified so the piece reads strongly from the front while remaining robust and easy to print. Printing tips: For resin printing, orient facades near-vertical with a 10–20° tilt and place supports on the rear massing and parapet edges. For FDM, print the base flat with a brim; split the model in your slicer to fit small build volumes. The model was optimized for hobbyist printability—mullions and thresholds are scaled for resilience at HO viewing distance. Scale and conversion: The master STL is 1:87 (HO). Use a uniform scale multiplier in your slicer to print at other scales (examples: OO/00 1:76 ≈ 1.15×, O 1:48 ≈ 1.81×, 1:72 ≈ 1.21×, N 1:160 ≈ 0.54×).
