The listing includes one HO 1:87 master STL only; scale in your slicer for other scales (OO 1:76, N 1:160, etc.). The mesh is modeled for print reliability—glazing is shown as recessed faces, delicate trim is simplified, and signage strips are left blank for custom branding. Printing notes: for FDM use 0.2 mm layers and split into segments for small beds; for resin split into shorter parts and use light supports to protect storefront planes. The model derives from a legacy MeshRef project and has been simplified where necessary to improve printability.
