The block reads as multiple small shops through shallow pilaster suggestions and plane changes: recessed entries, broad display windows with simplified mullions, low-relief brick texture, smooth panel planes, and a minimal sidewalk reference at the base. The roof is simplified and excludes rooftop clutter for a clean silhouette. You receive: one unified HO 1:87 master STL and a conversion note for other scales. Print the HO master as-is for layout use; scale uniformly in your slicer to print at different scales (example: HO to N = 54.4%). For resin printing, orient the block upright and use light supports on glazing edges; for FDM, consider splitting into bays or removing the roof to ease glazing, masking, and finishing. The model is optimized for painters and weatherers: low-relief details accept washes and dry-brushing well. Signage and decals are intentionally omitted to let you localize the storefronts.
