The miniature captures a six-panel lantern cage with twisted corner posts, scrolling acanthus filigree, an openwork crown and a turned lower finial. The master is scaled for so the printed piece sits correctly in interiors; scale from the master if you need other proportions and check fine terminals when reducing size. Use the recessed panels for subtle paint highlights or small decals, and suspend the lantern with a short length of wire or a small eyelet for removable installation. Suitable for period roomboxes, station interiors and display scenes where a decorative hanging fixture adds architectural character.
