The mesh preserves clear motorsport cues: the helmet is a smooth dome with a flattened visor plane suitable for paint blocking; the racing suit is modeled using broad panels and pronounced fold planes to remain readable at small scales; and straps/harnesses are represented as raised ridges sized for small-scale printability. All legible sponsor text was removed. Included: one HO master STL. At HO an adult human prototype (~1700 mm tall) will print about 18–20 mm tall—confirm in your slicer. Resin printing at 0.03–0.06 mm layers yields the best detail for helmet curvature and strap definition; for FDM use 0.12–0.20 mm and consider thickening thin features and adding a base. The legacy stub may contain multiple merged figures or lack explicit base geometry—open the file in a viewer to verify figure count and separation before printing.
