The sculpt emphasizes motion and clarity: a long cranial keel (supplied as a separate keyed part), a reinforced beak-like lower jaw, hydrodynamic ridges, splayed pectoral fins with thickened roots, and a decisive tail sweep. The base's sand and rock texture complements painting and display; kelp fronds are thickened and placed both for composition and stability. What you get: a single 1:87 (HO) master STL for the main body plus a separate STL for the cranial keel. The master is optimized for high-detail resin printing and hobbyist assembly. Keel mates via a keyed socket designed for a secure glue-up. Printing guidance: Resin (SLA/MSLA) is recommended for best detail. Print the main body with the belly toward the build plate at a slight angle to reduce unsupported overhangs; print the keel separately and use light supports on the socket. FDM is possible with feature thickening and slower print settings but expect some loss of micro-detail.
