A cheerful World War II-era American Navy sailor in classic dress blues, caught mid-action hauling a heavy mooring rope. He wears the traditional flat white sailor's cap, a middy blouse with a neckerchief, bell-bottom trousers, and dark shoes, leaning back into the pull.

The rope loops out from his hands and wraps around an integrated dockside bollard mounted on a small steel plate, telling a complete story of a ship being tied off. The uniform folds, coiled rope, and iron post are all crisply modeled.

A lively maritime figure for dockyard, harbor, and naval-base dioramas and 1940s waterfront scenes. Works on model railroad port layouts and historical wargaming coastal boards.
