A weary man from the Jazz Age slumped on a set of wooden steps, a green bottle loose in one hand and a wry look on his face. His rumpled suit, waistcoat, loosened tie and battered bowler hat mark him as a down-on-his-luck figure of the 1920s.
The seated pose makes him a characterful background piece for period city streets, back-alley and speakeasy dioramas of the interwar years. He adds gritty human atmosphere to a Depression-era scene.
Place him on a stoop, curb or tavern doorstep among period props to bring lived-in life to a diorama or model railroad.
