All products sold by us are digital files. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot truly be “returned,” all sales are generally final.
Refunds will only be considered if a purchased file is genuinely defective and cannot be printed after you contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and attempt a correction.
To evaluate a printability issue, we may ask for:
photos of the failed print
screenshots of slicer settings
printer model and material used
a description of the problem
If we are able to verify that the file prints correctly, or if we are able to print it successfully on our end, the file will be considered functional and the order will be considered fulfilled. In that case, no refund will be issued.
We do not issue refunds for:
lack of experience using a 3D printer or slicer
incorrect printer settings
poor calibration
material or resin issues
support placement issues
scaling changes made by the customer
machine limitations
normal trial-and-error involved in 3D printing
By purchasing, you acknowledge that successful printing depends on your equipment, settings, and experience.
