A field scarecrow come to life, still lashed to its wooden cross frame. A long pole runs up the spine to a horizontal crossbar behind the shoulders, and the arms are bound to it at the wrists with coils of rope, so the figure keeps its crucified silhouette even as the head lifts and the fingers curl.
The body is dressed in a shredded tunic and ragged trousers over a sackcloth head with a stitched mouth line and a floppy conical hat. Loose straw bursts from every cuff, collar and tear, and rope wraps cinch the waist, elbows and shins. It stands on a simple round earth base.
A perfect harvest-horror threat for a haunted cornfield, a derelict farmstead or an autumn-festival diorama, and a natural low-level monster for a fantasy tabletop or a Halloween skirmish. Group two or three along a fence line and the field itself becomes the danger.
