Glowing Blue Vein Rock Outcrop

A single boulder-sized rock formation with a broad, rounded upper mass and a fractured, layered flank. Deep cracks run across the whole surface and are picked out in pale blue, so the stone reads as though something luminous is trapped inside it.

The sculpt has genuine geology to it: angular faces, shear planes, a stratified shelf along one side, and small pitted hollows worn into the lower face. The underside sits flat, so it beds straight onto a board without needing to be sunk into groundwork.

Drop it into an alien world, a mana-rich fantasy landscape or a crystal mine board as scatter terrain and line-of-sight blocker. Painted without the glow it works just as well as a plain granite outcrop for a quarry scene, a cutting alongside a railway line, or rough ground on a skirmish table.
