A frame-and-canvas ridge tent of the type used for disaster relief and field camps. Heavy olive fabric is stretched over an external tubular frame with jointed corner fittings, and guy lines run out to pegs driven into the ground on every side.
The entry end has rolled-back door flaps tied up with fabric ties, exposing the open doorway and the rolled bundle above it. Sewn-on window covers, taped seams, sag and wind creases in the canvas, and rusted joints in the poles all give it a well-used look. It sits on a moulded pad of dry cracked earth.
Use it in a flood or earthquake relief camp, a field hospital or aid station, a refugee reception area, or a military bivouac. Several placed in rows quickly build a convincing tent city on a diorama or wargaming board.
