Timber Grain Elevator Leg Tower

A tall square grain leg tower built from cross-braced timber lattice, stepping in twice as it rises. The head sits under a railed walkway platform and is capped by a yellow cylindrical hopper with a hatch, while diagonal spouts and chutes splay out below the platform.

A grey machine house is bolted onto the base at ground level, and vertical timber panels sheath the mid-section. Everything sits on a round display pad.

Built for a country grain elevator, a farm co-operative siding, or an agricultural rail spur on a layout. Set it alongside a covered hopper car and a scattering of grain bins to complete the yard.
