Detailed neoclassical Victorian corner townhouse model designed for dioramas and model railroading. Features an ornate façade with arched windows, balustrade, attic pediment with oculus, and urn finials — perfect as a street-corner anchor piece for urban layouts. The model is arranged in printable sections to simplify printing and assembly and is optimized for HO (1:87) scale but can be rescaled for other layouts.
