Pair of weathered cylindrical metal drums strapped to a short wooden skid. The drums have chipped pale-blue/white paint with extensive orange-brown rust patches and streaking; two greenish metal straps/arcs wrap over the tops and down the sides to secure them. The front drum face is visible with rim rust; the second drum sits directly behind it. A vertical manual pump (painted faded red/pink, rusted) is mounted between the drums with a curved handle and thin pump rod. The wooden skid is made of three roughly rectangular, aged planks with deep grain, cracks, and greenish moss-like staining near edges; visible square bolt/fastener housings at the plank ends. Small bolts/fasteners and strap anchors are visible and rusted. Surface shows layered paint chips, oxidation streaks and moderate pitting.
