A heavy industrial coil of rolled sheet steel, its tightly wound spiral clearly visible at the open ends and banded with retaining straps around the circumference. The coil rests in a set of angled cradle saddles that keep it from rolling, exactly as such material is stored and shipped in a mill or yard.

The brushed-metal surface, banding, and spiral core make it a convincing industrial load, taking well to steel greys, rust streaks, and grime washes. It works as scenery clutter or as a haulable cargo load.

Perfect as a flatcar or truck load on a model railroad, a factory, steelworks, or dockside industrial diorama, or freight detail for a modern layout.
