A bare dead tree rises from a small root flare, its trunk splitting into short broken limbs with jagged snapped tips. Long thin strands hang straight down from the branch stubs like drooping willow withies, and wispy strands of web or dry moss stretch between the forks.

The bark is carved with deep vertical splits and knot hollows, and one hollow near the crown reads as a staring eye. The finish is deliberately unnatural, with cold blue-violet bark and deep red hanging strands, giving it a haunted rather than botanical look.

Suited to a haunted forest board, a swamp or graveyard diorama, or fantasy tabletop terrain that needs an eerie single tree.
