Weathered Bent Street Light

A battered urban street light sculpted as an diorama prop. The piece shows a curved gooseneck pole with a bell housing whose globe is cracked and partly missing, with several hanging internal wires and areas of peeled coating and surface dents. The flange base with bolt details allows secure mounting into a drilled hole in a layout roadbed or scenic base. This lamppost works as an evocative focal element for abandoned-street vignettes, railway layouts, tabletop scenes and photography props. The damage is modelled at a medium scale so it reads from typical viewing distances used in displays and layouts. Painters can emphasize grime and corrosion in recesses and leave shard edges glazed for a convincing glass effect; hanging strands can be replaced with fine wire if you prefer thinner cabling. Installation tips: glue the flange into a small hole and weather the base to blend the fixture into surrounding pavement or ballast. If you want the lamp lit, the housing geometry makes it straightforward to modify for a small LED.
