A farmyard loading chute built from rough sawn timber, with a long fenced race climbing gently to a raised platform. Horizontal rails run the full length of both sides and the ramp floor is cleated with cross battens for grip.

At the top the structure widens into a small holding pen with a swing gate, carried on braced trestle legs that sit on concrete pad footings. Diagonal iron strapping and bolt plates hold the head frame together, and the whole thing sits on a poured concrete slab.

Essential detail for a cattle pen, stockyard or farm siding, where beasts are walked up into a truck or a stock car. Pairs with corral fencing, a livestock trailer and a barn for a working ranch or rail-side scene.
