Two-story Wild West corner commercial building designed for dioramas, model rail layouts and tabletop wargaming. Features a detailed clapboard façade with cornice, awning over a recessed storefront, second-floor balcony, bay window and rooftop sign — all modeled for clear photographic detail. The model is arranged in printable, modular sections for easier 3D printing and assembly and accepts common scale adjustments for HO (1:87), OO and 28mm gaming setups. Ideal as a focal storefront or corner piece in frontier and historic town scenes.
