Giant Spiked Predatory Worm

A monstrous burrowing worm rears up from cracked ground, its segmented body armored in overlapping orange and crimson plates lined with jagged spines. The head splits into a nightmarish maw ringed with hooked fangs and grasping mandibles.

Clawed limbs grip along the lower coils and a ridge of raised spikes runs the length of its back, giving the creature the look of a subterranean ambush predator bursting to the surface.
