Chained Wooden Coffin

A weathered plank-built coffin bound shut with heavy iron chains, its tapered lid held down by riveted metal straps and rounded studs. The grain of the aged timber is deeply cut, and the dark chains loop twice around the body as if to keep something sealed inside.
