The sculpt emphasises late-19th-century Victorian architecture: an asymmetrical façade with projecting multi-bay windows and oriels, layered steep gabled roofs, inset dormer windows, an articulated wrap porch with visible posts and simplified balustrade, and several tall tapered chimneys. Decorative mouldings, cornices and window surrounds are modelled with readable depth but intentionally simplified to remain robust at HO scale. The model is intended as an exterior scenic element for model railroad layouts, period street dioramas and standalone display. Construction and mesh notes: the file is a single external-shell master STL scaled to HO; logical seams align with roof ridges and the main floor plate for easy splitting when required. Scaling: Miniature Reality ships ONE 1:87 (HO) master STL only. To print at a different uniform scale, scale the model in your slicer by the ratio (87 / desired_denominator). For example, for 1:76 use factor 87/76 (~1.145). Print settings: for resin use 0.05–0.12 mm layer height and supports under porch overhangs, dormer lips and chimney bases; for FDM use 0.12–0.20 mm and consider a brim or raft to avoid tip-over. After printing, light sanding, priming and selective washes or drybrushing will enhance cornices, window surrounds and other trim. Intended uses and pairing: works as an HO layout anchor, a focal residence in a late-19th-century street diorama or a display model; pairs well with period lamp posts, cast-iron fencing, cobbled street sections and 1:87 figures.
