Stilted Coastal Cottage

A compact stilted coastal cottage designed for seaside dioramas and layout scenery. This 3D-printable miniature features raised pilings, a covered porch and deck, a dormer on a gable roof, and weathered vernacular detailing to give instant coastal character to harborfront displays and pier accessories. Features: - Stilted/raised foundation with printable pilings - Covered porch and simple deck for figure placement - Dormer and gable roof details for easy painting and weathering - Optimized geometry for hobbyist FDM printing and easy cleanup Print notes: - Recommended orientation: base down for strongest pilings; some small supports likely required under porch and dormer - Suggested layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm; print at typical hobby nozzle (0.4 mm) - Good for painting, kitbashing, and combining with other coastal scenery elements Scale compatibility: Designed to work well at common model railroad and diorama scales (HO / 1:87). Use scaling as needed for other scales.
