Sewage Treatment Clarifier Tank

A circular clarifier from a sewage or water treatment works: a wide green steel tank with a bolted, panelled wall on a stepped conical pedestal, an inner annular launder channel, and a full-span lattice access bridge carrying a walkway and handrail across the top. A central drive column sits at the hub, and a rusted outlet pipe with a marked flange tag leaves the side wall.

Large, low, and instantly recognisable from above, it gives an industrial scene the sense of process plant that stacks of tanks and pipes alone never quite achieve.

Well suited to modern industrial layouts, municipal utility corners of a town board, and industrial-estate dioramas where a works siding runs past a treatment plant.
