A blast crater with a twisting column of smoke boiling up out of it. The rim is thrown up into jagged plates of broken earth and rubble, and cracks of glowing orange run through the debris and up into the base of the smoke column where the fire is still burning.
The smoke is sculpted as one continuous billowing stack, narrow at the crater mouth and mushrooming out toward the top, so it holds together as a single piece on the round base and reads clearly from any angle.
