A vintage single-seat kiddie scooter ride made of painted sheet metal. The body is predominantly red with white/blue decal graphics and visible surface wear (chipped paint and rust). It has a rounded canopy, an open cockpit with a small metal steering post, three small solid wheels, and a rectangular metal mounting base plate.
