A monstrous undead tortoise lumbers forward on scaled, clawed legs, its huge domed shell built from cracked bony plates fused like ancient stone. Jagged bone spikes erupt from the carapace, some slick with old blood, and its gaunt head opens in a fanged, beak-like maw far removed from any gentle reptile.

Wreathed in a grave-worn, tomb-guardian menace, it makes a slow but terrifying encounter for a crypt, a cursed swamp, or a necropolis scene.

A heavyweight monster for fantasy tabletop games and macabre dioramas, ideal as a mini-boss or a lair guardian.
