A mid-century city police officer squared up in a two-handed firing stance with a long-barrelled service revolver extended. He wears a single-breasted uniform tunic with shoulder straps and a badge, matching trousers, a peaked cap with a metal shield, and a leather duty belt carrying a nightstick that hangs along his hip.
The stance is wide and braced, torso turned to the target, head sighting down the barrel. The tunic buttons, belt keepers, cap peak and the fluted revolver cylinder are cut cleanly, and the figure stands on a low plain disc that can be blended into pavement or trimmed off entirely.
Suited to 1950s urban scenes on a diorama or layout: an alley chase, a bank holdup, a dockside stakeout or a noir street corner. Also useful as a law-enforcement combatant for mid-century skirmish gaming.
