Giant Pumpkin Harvest Parade Float

A tandem-axle flatbed trailer dressed up as an autumn harvest parade float. The deck is walled in with rough sawn plank sides and corner posts, with a drawbar and jack stand at the front and twin black wheels under the tail.

The load is a towering ribbed orange pumpkin surrounded by a bed of gourds, squash and small pumpkins in orange, cream and green, strewn with fallen maple leaves and corn husks.

Triangular red and yellow bunting is strung along the side rails and a plain canvas banner panel is left blank on the near corner, ready for a town or farm name.

It suits a county fair, a fall festival parade, or a harvest-time Main Street on a layout, and can equally sit static in a farmyard as a display wagon.
