Two‑Story Corner Storefront — HO / 1:87 A compact L‑shaped corner building modeled as an early 20th century commercial storefront with Beaux‑Arts influenced cornice and banding. The two active façades feature repeated upper windows in a regular grid and broad ground‑floor storefront openings framed by a stepped plinth. Delivered: one master STL sized for HO (1:87) scale plus a short note explaining how to uniformly scale the file for other sizes. The geometry is prepared for hobby printing and scenic assembly: flat underside datum for gluing to bases, deep window recesses for glazing or lighting, and crisp cornice lines for painting highlights. Perfect for HO model railroad layouts, urban diorama street corners, display vignettes, and kitbashing into larger blocks.
