The composition pairs a long motel wing—featuring a repeating rhythm of recessed balcony openings and a low parapet—with a steep gabled chapel entrance topped by a layered cupola. This asset is supplied as a single master for you to scale inside your printing software if you need a different size. The exterior is intentionally simplified: broad planar trim, through-cut balcony and window apertures, and a removable roof cap option for interior access or lighting. Use this piece as a roadside vignette on an layout, a kitbash component to extend motel strips, or a small display plinth. Suggested scenic touches include a narrow concrete apron, small parking stalls, a freestanding roadside sign, and low shrubs to anchor the building. Because interior fittings are not included, the asset is best used for exterior-focused scenes or as a base for additional kitbashing. Painting and weathering respond well to washes and dry-brush techniques; the balcony recesses provide natural shadow lines that enhance depth on a layout.
