Stylized Urban Corner Storefront Building

A stylized corner storefront designed for HO-scale dioramas and model railway layouts. This multi-part 3D model features a detailed facade with display windows, recessed entrance, balcony and fire-escape details, decorative cornice and parapet — ideal for kitbashing, tabletop scenery and photography props. Files are provided as separate parts for easier printing and assembly. Printing notes: multi-part STL set optimized for hobby FDM and resin printers. Small details may benefit from 0.1–0.2 mm layer heights. Some parts require supports (fire escape, balcony underside). Print material: PLA or resin recommended. Clean, glue and paint to suit your layout. Compatible primarily with HO (1:87) model railways; can be resized for other scales. Approximate finished footprint and height listed below.
