A grotesque aberrant worm-beast hunched on a scenic base, its pale, ridged, grub-like body swelling behind a horrifying head. A ring of writhing green-and-purple tentacles frames a gaping circular maw crammed with jagged teeth, and clusters of small yellow eyes stud the dark face for an unsettling, otherworldly look.

This monster makes a memorable horror or aberration for fantasy tabletop dungeons, subterranean encounters, and eldritch dioramas. Use it as a burrowing ambush predator, a corrupted cave-dweller, or a summoned abomination threatening a party.

The tufted groundwork base blends it into cavern floors, blighted earth, and underdark scenery on any wargaming board.
