Shaggy Highland Yak

A sturdy yak standing four-square, its long shaggy coat hanging in matted curtains along the flanks and a humped shoulder rising to a pair of pale curved horns. The heavy, cold-weather build is captured with deeply sculpted fur.

Mounted on a rocky ledge base, the animal suits mountain and highland dioramas, alpine pastures and Himalayan scenes. It also works as a beast of burden or wild grazer on a rugged layout.

Set it among crags, snow patches and hardy scrub to build a windswept mountain habitat vignette for a display.
