After scaling, inspect thin elements such as the windshield frame, bumper edges, and small trim; these may require slight thickening or reinforcements when scaled up. Door seam recesses used to suggest panel lines may need deepening or chamfering depending on target scale and printer resolution.
Printing recommendations
- Filament printing: orient the roofless body with wheels downward to avoid excessive internal supports inside the cockpit. Light supports under the nose and rear deck reduce stringing and protect shallow grille recesses. A brim can help anchor small contact patches.
- Resin printing: resin captures more interior definition; use fine layer heights (25–50 µm) to bring out seat and dashboard forms. Orient the body nose-up with minimal contact supports on the fender undersurfaces to preserve smooth curves.
- Wheel/axle notes: the model uses simplified wheel hubs; for functioning axles plan to bore or replace hubs with aftermarket wheel parts before final assembly.
