Stylized Barn Owl - Perched

A stylized barn owl sculpture designed for dioramas, model railways and tabletop scenes. The model features a readable silhouette, layered feather detail and an integrated perch base for easy placement in rural vignettes, night scenes and scenic displays. This is a 3D-printable digital model prepared for hobby use. It prints cleanly in resin for high feather definition or in FDM materials with a moderate layer height. Recommended print settings: 0.08–0.20 mm layer height (resin 50–100 µm), minimal supports under the beak and tail, and a small brim or raft for secure bed adhesion. The perch base keeps the piece stable on layouts and display bases. Scale-friendly design: sized to represent a real barn owl at life scale so it scales well for HO (1:87), O, and larger modelling scales. Model is ideal for painters and practice pieces — high-contrast facial disk and talon details read well under paint. License details are included with the download.
