Fungal Spine Crawler Beast

A hulking quadruped monster prowls low to the ground, its scaled green hide bristling with bony spines and clusters of orange and purple shelf fungus erupting along its back and flanks. Red eyes and jutting tusks give the beast a savage, predatory menace.

Thick clawed limbs and a spiked, tapering tail suggest a slow but powerful ambusher, its body half-plant and half-reptile, as if grown in some blighted, spore-choked swamp.

Mounted on a rounded base, this creature makes an ideal boss monster or wandering horror for fantasy tabletop encounters, a fungal-forest diorama or a dark wargaming board.
