Frontier Fort Officers' Quarters

A two-story timber-frame officers' quarters from a frontier military fort, raised on stone-block piers with a full wraparound porch and upper balcony. Clapboard walls in weathered cream are trimmed with bright teal window frames and shutters, and an exterior staircase climbs to the second-floor deck.

The wide veranda, plank steps and shingled gable roof give the building an authentic Old West garrison feel. It anchors a fort compound, cavalry post or frontier-town main street.

Well suited to Western dioramas, model railroad frontier scenes and wargame terrain boards.
