A detailed scale-model factory from the early 1900s featuring multiple loading bays, shingled roof details, and vernacular wooden mill styling. Designed for dioramas, model railroads and tabletop wargames, this print-ready miniature captures the industrial character of pre-1939 manufacturing buildings and fits common miniature scales. Printing notes: optimized for FDM and resin printing. For best detail print at 0.12–0.20 mm layer height. Split versions or supports may be useful for the recessed loading bays and roof overhangs; print orientation with the longest wall on the build plate reduces visible seams. Recommended materials: PLA, PETG, or resin. File is sized so you can scale uniformly to match HO (1:87), O (1:48), N (1:160), S (1:64) and other tabletop scales. Use cases: model railroading, industrial dioramas, tabletop wargaming terrain, architectural mockups. Includes fine detail suitable for painting and weathering to match period scenes.
