1940 Ford Boattail Special

High-detail 3D-printable miniature of the 1940 Ford Boattail Special. Faithful proportions, crisp surface detail and clear separations make this model ideal for dioramas, model-railroad layouts, collectors and kitbashes. Geometry is organized for printing and finishing: the main body, chassis and wheels are split into parts to simplify supports and painting. Included files: printable parts (body, chassis, wheel sets) optimized for common desktop FDM and resin printers. Assembly: parts are designed to be bonded with standard model glue; small alignment pins are included where needed. Printing notes: FDM – 0.1–0.2 mm layer height, enable supports for wheel wells and roof overhangs; Resin – 0.025–0.05 mm layer height for maximum detail. Hollowing and drainage has been considered for resin prints; check individual part orientation for best surface finish. Minor cleanup and a light sanding/priming is recommended before painting.
