A red-painted, stylized miniature/tank truck model with a white cylindrical tank mounted on the chassis. The cab is rounded with separate front fenders and exposed wheel arches; wheels are rubber-like with painted metal hubs. Windows are represented as recessed panes with painted cross-hatch weathering. Surface finish is mostly matte-to-satin painted metal/plastic with localized worn/chipped paint on edges.
