A painted red steel vertical tower supporting a dual-ended rotating arm and two white perforated/mesh capsule gondolas. The ride has rows of circular decorative bulbs along the arm and central hub. Gondolas are tubular, white, metal-mesh enclosures with numbered panels '1' and '2' on the visible faces.
