Ornate painted wooden street/hand organ mounted on a single-axle wooden cart. Front facade contains a central array of vertical metal pipes (a mix of short and tall pipe mouths) framed by carved/painted pillars and decorative scrollwork. Two hand-painted scenic panels with pastoral/village scenes are located on the lower front and mid-panel. Flanking the organ case are two articulated painted figurines (a woman on the left, a gentleman on the right) mounted on small platforms. The cart has a large spoked wooden wheel on the right and long wooden towing handles projecting left. Materials appear aged but intact; paint shows minor surface wear and patina on metal pipes and hardware. The image shows the complete instrument and cart within the frame; no major parts of the primary subject appear cut off.
